FLOWGA is a fast growing yoga studio in the business hub of Central, Hong Kong that caters to those who aren’t afraid to get messy. Our 60 minute hot flows will kick your ass and make you sweat. As flows get progressively more dynamic, they start to repeat. By adding more challenging poses, we want you to dig deeper and let yourself go. Stop thinking and start feeling. Allow yourself to be messy and sweaty, and become that badass you never thought existed.
Conveniently located in Central, FLOWGA is Hong Kong’s first beat bumpin’, candlelit yoga studio that uses state-of-the-art infrared technology for heating (35 to 40°C). Featuring unique infrared heating panels, our hot room will make the hottest days in HK feel like a breeze when you are powering through your yoga workouts. Don’t let this scare you! The heating panels emit heat that lets you breathe easy without feeling stuffy or uncomfortably hot.
We are a community-focused hot yoga studio tucked away in Hong Kong’s renowned nightlife district of Lan Kwai Fong in Central. Our practice is motivated by beats and taught by passionate teachers who will make you work hard and sweat. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or a seasoned yogi, we’ve got a range of classes that are open-to-all levels for you to find your flow in our candlelit HK yoga studio in Central.
