With a background as a virologist prior to entering Chiropractic College he came well qualified to join the practice at Dr B S Vaughan & Associates and became a partner in 1996.He has also been an active member of the Hong Kong Chiropractors Association, serving as Hon. Secretary for seven years. He was a founding member of AIDS Concern, the first grass root NGO for AIDS sufferers in Hong Kong. He was a director on the Board of AIDS Concern for 7 years. He was an active member of the Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile, Past President for the year 2008/09, Chair-District Membership & Fellowship Committees 2010/11 and the Chair-District Conference 2011/12.
