鍾意舞坊 Charming Dance Paradise 易德忠老師及鄺倩莉老師 累積了16年以上的社交舞教學經驗,憑着不斷的努力學習及比賽,發掘出一套正確的教學方法。 總括來說,舞蹈包含了三大元素 - 運動、音樂、及藝術。 而他們利用了多方面分析來教學,包括了物理學上的人體力學 (Body Mechanic) 及運動科學 (Sport Science),音樂上的結構 (Music Structure),及藝術上的表達方式。 最終都是循着英國人對舞蹈的方向的最終要求 -"健康"及"快樂"。 本校為您度身設計不同的社交舞課程及研習班。您可因應個人的喜好和身體狀況,選擇喜愛的舞蹈。更不需要擔心年齡及性別,只要學習正確,即可達到意想不到的成果。 跳舞除了是良好藝術和消閑活動,事實上還對健康大有裨益。舞蹈講求身體各部份互相配合,透過不同的伸展動作,串連優美的舞步。跳舞更可加強肌肉鍛煉,對成年人及長者來說,跳舞可預防與減慢關節的退化;長期練習,更可加強心肺功能、消減體內脂肪。 Jimmy and Carol Developed unique and effective teaching method through unceasing learning, competing and teaching over two decades. Dance is a trinity of sport, music and art. Teaching from multiple perspectives, Jimmy and Carol apply "Body Mechanics", "Sport Science", "Music Structure" and "Artistic Expression" into the analysis of dancing. Jimmy and Carol aspire through dancing to uphold the spirit of the British social dance tradition: Get Healthy, Get Happy. You can choose your favourite dances according to your preference and conditions. Age and gender are not concerns. Proper learning will bring you unthinkable result. Dancing is not only good for artistic and leisure enjoyment but also for health. Dancing requires the stretching and collaboration of different body parts to compose beautiful sequences and consequently strengthens the muscles. For adult and elderly, dancing prevents and slows down the degeneration of joints; long-term practice can even enhance heart and lung function and reduce body fat....
